5 Maintenance skills every homeowner should know!

We are switching it up a little bit this morning. I thought a video would help describe this better than explaining it. I like the video and these are all very simple to do.  Some of the tasks can save you money too rather than calling a handyman. Who doesn’t like to save money? Number 1 and Number 3 are the most common issues I see in homes or during a home inspection.  A simple check or some draino usually clears it right up.
